Cheese and Veggie Kabobs

CHEESE & VEGGIE KABOBS

A colorful appetizer that’s easy to make!

Preparation time: 20 min
Yield: 24 kabobs

2 red bell pepper, cut into 24 (3/4-inch) pieces
1 (8-ounce) package LAND O LAKES® Monterey Jack and/or Chedarella® Cheese, cubed 3/4-inch
6 green onions, cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces
2 (3-ounce) (3/4 inch thick) slices deli hard salami and/or ham, cut into 24 (3/4-inch) pieces
24 stuffed green olives, drained
24 frilled toothpicks

To assemble kabobs, thread 1 piece red pepper, 1 cube cheese, 1 piece onion, 1 cube cheese, 1 piece salami and 1 olive onto each toothpick.
