Cheese and Veggie Kabobs

A colorful appetizer that’s easy to make!

Yield: 24 kabobs
2 | red bell pepper, cut into 24 (3/4-inch) pieces | |
1 | (8-ounce) package LAND O LAKES® Monterey Jack and/or Chedarella® Cheese, cubed 3/4-inch | |
6 | green onions, cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces | |
2 | (3-ounce) (3/4 inch thick) slices deli hard salami and/or ham, cut into 24 (3/4-inch) pieces | |
24 | stuffed green olives, drained | |
24 | frilled toothpicks |
To assemble kabobs, thread 1 piece red pepper, 1 cube cheese, 1 piece onion, 1 cube cheese, 1 piece salami and 1 olive onto each toothpick.
