RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE DIP

A sweet, creamy, colorful dip that’s delicious with cake, fruit and cookies.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
Dip Ingredients:
1/3 | cup LAND O LAKES® Sour Cream | |
1 | (8-ounce) container light raspberry cream cheese spread | |
2 | tablespoons powdered sugar | |
1 | tablespoon raspberry-flavored liqueur or orange juice |
Dippers Ingredients:
Assorted fresh fruit pieces, vanilla wafers, pound cake and/or angel food cake, cubed |
Combine sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and liqueur in small bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into serving bowl. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with desired dippers.
