RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE DIP
RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE DIP

A sweet, creamy, colorful dip that’s delicious with cake, fruit and cookies.

Preparation time: 5 min
Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Dip Ingredients:
1/3 cup LAND O LAKES® Sour Cream
1 (8-ounce) container light raspberry cream cheese spread
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon raspberry-flavored liqueur or orange juice

Dippers Ingredients:

Assorted fresh fruit pieces, vanilla wafers, pound cake and/or angel food cake, cubed

Combine sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and liqueur in small bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into serving bowl. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.

Serve with desired dippers.
