It is tradition on Valentine’s Day to debut a new chocolate plate for two. This year’s dessert is a true temptation—featuring 5 Valrhona chocolates. Triangle of chocolate hazelnut cake, Dark Chocolate Decadence cake with honey caramel gelato, Molten Chocolate cake with an apricot sauce, nougat mousse in a white chocolate Florentine cup, and assorted baby cookies.

Finale’s version of the famed dessert that features yellow cake, cream, and chocolate. Also includes chocolate whoopie pies, a vanilla “gelato sandwich” with cherry almond Florentines, apricot sauce and fresh fruit.


A chocolate-lover’s dream. Black Forest Torte with Morello cherries; White Chocolate Dome with strawberry liquid center; and Molten Chocolate Cake with butterscotch sauce. Also features banana gelato and four hand-made chocolate candies (praline, espresso, nougat and dark chocolate chew).


Vanilla cream glazed a la minute by our pastry artists, garnished with half moons of orange butter cookies and a medley of fresh fruit.


Refreshing peach sorbet between layers of crisp almond shortbread, accompanied by fresh raspberries, chardonnay wine sauce and sweet pesto

Baked-to-order warm chocolate cake with a gooey center, served with coffee ice cream, milk chocolate covered almonds and chocolate sauce.



Finale-styled tiramisu, made with rich mascarpone cheese mousse and coffee soaked lady fingers; baby cannolis stuffed with light ricotta filling; tart lemon curd gelato; plate is finished with a luscious brandied coffee sauce.


Bittersweet chocolate mousse layered with chocolate buttermilk cake and tart French apricots, served with a napoleon of blackberry cabernet sorbet and strudel dough.


Fresh strawberry tart with vanilla gelato; peach almond torte with apricot sauce; white chocolate flower petals filled with butter crumb cake, lemon Bavarian cream and topped with sliced blueberries; chocolate basket filled with mixed berry sauce and miniature sugar cakes; orange crème caramel; cinnamon rice pudding topped with mango sorbet.


This tasting plate for one features a roasted pear wedge with peach sauce, lemon bundt with blood orange sauce, and a milk chocolate tower filled with whole almonds and paired with butterscotch sauce.


Wedges of moist poppyseed cake topped with fresh blackberries and mango cream, floating in an Earl Grey tea infused sauce.
